Incorporated in Hong Kong in 1989, Top Leap Technology Co., Ltd. is specialized in metal stamping, mold manufacturing and product assembling. In the past decades, we have successfully dealt with challenges in ever-changing market and products. As a result, Top Leap has evolved from a small factory with no more than 200m2 operating space to a medium-size enterprise with two medium-scale production facilities and a marketing network distributed around the world. Currently, we have two medium-scale production facilities in China (to be completed in 2009) exceeding 6,000m2 in production area and we have a staff team of 200-300 employees. As our flagship factory, Qihui Factory is located in Buildings A5-6, Baishixia Industrial District West Zone, Fuyong Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen. Currently, the factory has 2,400m2 factory buildings and a staff team of more than 200 employees. Qihui is mainly engaged in precision stamping and mold manufacturing, and equipped with 25-300T stamping capacity, including multi-head tapping machines, CNC riveting machines, spot-welding machines, electroplating and surface heat treatment equipment and environment-friendly cleansing systems. Qihui provides a full range of advanced secondary processing services and can meet the requirements of environment-friendly manufacturers around the world in every production process. Qihui has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, and is equipped with complete sets of imported stamping machines and state-of-the-art quality test equipment. We implement our rigorous management system to meet international standards and specific requirements for specific products. At Qihui Factory, we have an outstanding staff team of management and technical professionals, and our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment, CAD system and CAM system. Based on our 20-year extensive experience in mold manufacturing, we can provide molds for a full range of manufacturing sectors such as OA equipment, household appliances, consumer electronics and automobile parts. Qihui molds can be up to 3m long and 1.5m wide to coordinate with 25-400T stamping machines. Our high-quality molds sell well in domestic market and overseas market as well, winning extensive commendation in many regions such as Europe, USA and Japan. We provide direct and indirect services to a full range of transnational corporations, including Epson, Hitachi, Canon, OKI, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Toshiba, Nikon and Honda.
